Your IACBOX partner is primarily responsible for the technical support of the IACBOX. If you would like to get an overview yourself, you will find detailed instructions and answers to all common questions in our online manuals.

As a manufacturer, we are happy to answer general questions about our product, but we will always refer you to an IACBOX partner for details on an existing configuration or a planned solution or customer support.
