Software Maintenance
The IACBOX Software Maintenance is the complete carefree service for your IACBOX and is available for 1, 3 or 5 years.
Software Maintenance includes the following services:
- Software updates
- New features
- Bugfixes & enhancements
- Security updates
- TLS/SSL certificate update for SurfLAN
When purchasing a license, software maintenance is mandatory for at least 1 year. It is always extended from the software maintenance expiration date.
Valid software maintenance is not absolutely necessary for ongoing operation, but is strongly recommended for reasons of security and ongoing maintenance. We cannot provide support services for systems without valid software maintenance.
