Goodbye Central Services, Hello iacbox.cloud
Our new iacbox.cloud replaces Central Services and expands it with many new features. Supported systems will be migrated automatically.
Which systems will be migrated?
Only systems with a licensed Central Services module from version 24.x onwards will be migrated, as the required connection to iacbox.cloud is only available starting with this version.
Timeline
Beginning in end-February 2026, all supported systems will be gradually migrated to the new iacbox.cloud platform over the course of several weeks.
Features / Costs
- Systems that purchased the Central Services module through a one-time payment will be transitioned to a special iacbox.cloud package called Central Services Transition. This package will remain available at no additional cost. It is reduced to the core functionality of Central Services, namely remote access to the system’s WebAdmin via a VPN tunnel. Access will continue to be available through the partner portal my.iacbox as well as through the new iacbox.cloud interface (https://dashboard.iacbox.cloud).
- Newer systems that pay for the Central Services module as a subscription will be directly migrated to the iacbox.cloud Basic package due to the minimal price difference. This provides significantly more features.
Upgrade
- The Central Services Transition package can be upgraded at any time to a regular iacbox.cloud package (Basic or Pro).

Security
- The new iacbox.cloud platform offers modern encryption and security standards, replacing the outdated technology behind Central Services.
- As with Central Services, the iacbox.cloud servers are hosted exclusively in Austria and Germany (backups) and are operated in full compliance with GDPR.
