Secure Login for my.iacbox and iacbox.cloud
Starting June 9, 2026 at 13:00, our partner portal my.iacbox and iacbox.cloud will share a unified login experience powered by our new identity provider.
First Login
- Enter your existing email address.
- Then enter your password. If you have not logged in recently, your password was not automatically migrated and you will need to use the “Forgot password” function to set a new one.
- As a final step, you will be required to configure two-factor authentication (2FA), which is now mandatory. Any TOTP-compatible authenticator app or password manager with TOTP support can be used.

- This introduces single sign-on (SSO) across both platforms, my.iacbox and iacbox.cloud.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) via TOTP (time-based one-time passwords) or passkeys.
- Passwordless login via passkeys (e.g. USB FIDO2 security keys such as YubiKey).
Security
Two-factor authentication has become the standard across virtually all platforms because it prevents attackers from gaining access using credentials obtained through password leaks or brute-force guessing.
A TOTP token already provides a meaningful security improvement and represents the minimum baseline for 2FA. Users with USB FIDO2 keys such as YubiKey can additionally use passkeys, resulting in a phishing-resistant authentication flow.
