Hardware Compatibility List

The purpose of this list is to give you some help and information about hardware to be used with IAC-BOX - Internet for Guests. We would appreciate if you contribute to this subject and could give us feedback. Please send your email to support@iacbox.com.

Basically the IAC-BOX - Internet for Guests system can be installed on almost every standard hardware. In case of problems visit our Installation FAQ's.

IAC-BOX software does not support Software RAID which is a special kind of emulated RAID. In this case, IAC-BOX setup will detect two hard drives and will use the first one for system and the secon one for backup (if two hard drives are present).

Basically you can use any hardware which is certified for the following operating systems:

  • Novell® SUSE® Linux Enterprise Server
  • Red Hat® Enterprise Linux
